70 minutes from MoBay, 20 min. from Ocho Rios, this airy, spacious, modern villa with has beach frontage, plus, a night lit oceanfront swimming pool, is a perfect choice for groups and families with small children.

SIESTA has 5 large bedrooms, 5 baths, large living/dining area, sitting room with Smart TV, bay-windows with pool and sea views. Screened sliding door that leads to outdoor seating, gardens, pool and direct beach access.

Fully-equipped kitchen, ceiling fans, phone for local calls, Smart TV, wifi for BYO computer (please note that internet access can be intermittent at times), dvd's (checked out via staff), music system, sea kayaks, beach floats and toys.

Full Staff; cook and go to staff (Janet), houskeeper and laundress (Cassandra and Yvonne) and garden/pool yardies (Marlon), and nightly security. Babysitter services available for additional fees.

Shopping, restaurants, golf, horseback riding and nightlife nearby. Wind surfers, scuba diving, glass bottom boat rides, local drivers & private excursion guides available -- your staff can help arrange any of the above excursions. Jewel Championship Golf Course is also a few minutes away by car.


SIESTA is also, within a 3 minute beach walk to Flavors Beach Bar and Restaurant if your looking for some local interaction, a red strip and/or light bite.

SIESTA is is a sister villa to BAYWATCH and BAHIA COTTAGE and can be rented in combination for larger groups (up to 22 adults in total w/ all 3 properties).

BAYWATCH has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms

BAHIA COTTAGE has 1 bed, 1 bathroom

All guests can eat at BAYWATCH when renting properties together.

All three (3) properties can accommodate up to 22 adults and 4 children.

Shopping, restaurants, golf, horseback riding, and nightlife are nearby. Windsurfers, jet/water skiers, scuba divers, glass-bottom boat rides, local drivers, and private excursion guides are available.

TERMS & CONDITIONS cont:

  • US$500 damage deposit collected with balance payment -- in the event of loss, breakage, undue wear and tear of property and/or unpaid local bills this will not be refunded.

  • Facilities are for registered guests only, visits by non-regsitered guests must be approved and paid at a rate of US$30/person/day.

  • Check-in is at 3:00pm, Check-out is at 11:00am.

  • Surcharge Public Holiday Late Checkout - - Additional 50% of the nightly rate would be charged for all-day stay up to 6 p.m (if there is no new booking scheduled to begin on that day).

PLEASE ADD:

  • Food/Meal budget based on US$40-US$45/adult/day & US$20/youth/day.
    Grocery account bill is started with and paid to L & M Meats

  • Suggested 15% staff gratuity

  • Airport transfers with PPV Insured Drivers

  • A deposit in the amount of 50% of cottage rental will Secure your RE-confirmed reservation.

  • Balance is due at least 60 days prior to arrival, 75 days for Christmas or New Year's Weeks.

"In Sept 2011 we did a girls trip. This was my 10th trip to the Island I consider my home away from home. I had always stayed in all inclusive resorts in Negril or MoBay.
