One week/7 night rentals for 1-12 guests include:

• Guests of Hammerstein Highland House enjoy Beach Club Membership at the
Seawind Beach Club, located just 5 mintues from the house.
There is no additional fee for using Seawind's Beach area,
Infinity Pool, Tennis Courts, or Fitness Room.

• Full-time driver service is available for guests that wish to tour the island
US$750/week plus 15% gratuity (10 seat van)
US$1,550/week plus 15% gratuity (25 seat van)
includes 1 complimentary tank of gas

• Staff Gratuity - 15% is added based on rental rate and collected with balance

• Food and drinks are additional a meal plan is offered to order from the estate chef
Meal Plan is based on US$55/adult/day and U$35/child/day.
The meal plan is not mandatory if guests prefer to have groceries purcahse
and the cook prepare meals upon request

• Minimum stay of 4 nights required. Inquire for 4-night rates.

• Supplement of $35 pp/night for each addt'l guest over 12.
