One week/7 night rentals for 1-12 guests include:

• Exclusive use of estate, quality personal staff and
Round Hill Membership with beach club, water sports, tennis,
kids club, spa, fitness center and entertainment.

• Fulltime driver service is $750/week plus 15% gratuity;
this includes 1 complimentary tank of gas.

• Staff Gratuity - 15% is added based on rental rate

• Food and drinks are additional and
a meal plan is available to order from the estate chef.

• Minimum stay of 4 nights required. Inquire for 4-night rates.

• Supplement of $35 pp/night for each addt'l guest over 12.

An extensive Welcome Kit is provided with One Week+ rentals.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: A deposit in the amount of 50% of rental will Secure your RE-confirmed reservation.
Balance is due at least 60 days prior to arrival, 90 days for Christmas or New Year's Weeks.
